8. Client Pressure Fee

8.1: If the Client or any affiliated party, whether directly or indirectly, pressures the Photographer to take photos outside the scope agreed upon in Section 1, or to continue taking photos beyond the scheduled shoot time, The Client will be liable to pay an additional fee of $250 per hour of additional shooting. This fee must be paid regardless of the time and any reasons the Client may provide.

8.2: Any photos captured under duress/social pressure and or beyond the originally initial agreed scope within the appropriate time of shoot will incur a fee per photo.

8.3: Any photos taken during the time of photographer's rest will incur a fee of $150 per break

8.4: If the Client declines to pay the pressure fee, the Photographer reserves the right to withhold delivery of the final photos until the fee is settled in full.

8.5: The Client is responsible for informing and educating any friends or affiliated parties about the terms of this Agreement. Ignorance of this Agreement by the Client, Client's friends or affiliated parties does not excuse the Client from their obligations.
