9) Equipment Damage
Terms and Conditions for Photography Equipment Damage
By engaging the services of Marsio Photography, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the handling and potential damage of photography equipment:

Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for ensuring that all participants, guests, and any individuals present during the photography session handle the photography equipment with care and respect.

Damage to Equipment: Any damage to the Photographer's equipment caused by the Client, their guests, or any individuals present during the session will result in a damage fee.

Accidental Damage: The Client acknowledges that whether the damage is accidental or intentional, they are still fully responsible for the costs associated with repairing or replacing the damaged equipment.

Damage Fee: The Client agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged equipment. The exact amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage and the current market value of the equipment.

Payment Terms: The Client will be invoiced for the damage fee, which must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

Liability: Marsio Photography is not liable for any delays in delivering the final photos due to damage caused to the equipment during the session.

No Excuse Clause: Claims such as "it was just an accident" or any other reasons provided by the Client do not exempt the Client from their financial responsibility for the damage.

Withholding of Images: Marsio Photography reserves the right to withhold delivery of all images until the Client has paid the damage fee in full.

Agreement to Terms: By booking and engaging with Marsio Photography's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions regarding equipment damage.
