Photographer's Right to Rest

By engaging the services of Marsio Photography, the Client agrees to the following terms regarding the Photographer's right to rest:

1. Rest Periods: The Photographer is entitled to reasonable rest periods during the shoot. Specifically, for every 1 hours of work, the Photographer is entitled to a 15 minute break.

2. Meal Breaks: For any shoot lasting more than 3 hours, the Photographer is entitled to a meal provided by client and a 20 minute meal break.

3. No Interruption: During these rest periods and meal breaks, the Client and their guests must refrain from requesting or expecting the Photographer to work. These rest periods are mandatory to ensure the Photographer’s well-being and quality of work.

4. Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for informing and educating any friends or affiliated parties about these terms. Ignorance of these terms by the Client's friends or affiliated parties does not excuse the Client from their obligations.

5. Pressure Fee: If the Client or their guests, whether directly or indirectly, pressure the Photographer to perform photography work during designated rest or meal breaks, the Client will be liable to pay a pressure fee. This fee applies regardless of the reason for the interruption.

By booking and engaging with Marsio Photography's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions regarding the Photographer's right to rest.
