Photoshop Service
By engaging the services of Marsio Photography, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding Photoshop services:

Basic Editing vs. Photoshop Service:

Basic Editing: Basic editing, which includes adjustments to color, exposure, contrast, and cropping to enhance overall quality and aesthetics, is included in all packages offered by Marsio Photography.

Photoshop Service: Photoshop services involve extensive retouching or manipulation of images beyond basic edits. This includes altering body appearance (e.g., making someone appear thinner), retouching facial features or skin imperfections, or making other cosmetic changes. Photoshop services are considered separate and may incur additional charges.

Distinction: The Client acknowledges that Photoshop services are distinct from basic editing and require specialized skills and time. Requests for Photoshop services must be communicated and agreed upon separately from the standard editing workflow.

Additional Charges: Clients requesting Photoshop services will be informed of any additional charges associated with the requested edits. The scope of work and associated fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of Photoshop services.

Copyright and Watermark: The same copyright and watermark policies apply to Photoshop edits as they do to other images delivered by Marsio Photography. The Client agrees not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or watermarks present on the final edited images.

Client Input: The Client may provide input or specific requests regarding Photoshop edits during the initial consultation or after reviewing the preview images. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests within the scope of Photoshop capabilities.

Final Approval: The Photographer will provide previews of Photoshop edits for the Client's review and approval before final delivery. The Client acknowledges that the final edited images may differ from the original photos due to Photoshop enhancements.
By booking and engaging with Marsio Photography's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions regarding Photoshop services.
