Photo Editing Workflow

As a professional photographer, Marsio Photography adheres to a structured photo editing workflow to ensure the delivery of high-quality images to our clients. The following clauses outline our editing process and associated boundaries:

1. Editing Style: Marsio Photography maintains a consistent editing style across all images to maintain brand integrity and deliver a cohesive final product to our clients.

2. Editing Process: The editing process includes color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and other enhancements to optimize the visual appeal of each image while preserving its authenticity.

3. Professional Judgment: The Photographer exercises professional judgment in selecting and editing images to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Clients trust our expertise and artistic vision to deliver exceptional results.

4. Client Input: While we welcome general preferences or specific requests regarding editing style, the final editing decisions rest with the Photographer. Clients may provide feedback during the preview stage, but ultimate discretion lies with the Photographer.

5. No Raw Image Delivery: Raw, unedited images are not provided to clients as part of our standard service. Clients receive only the final, edited images selected by the Photographer.

6. Edits Limitation: Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of edits or revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final images. However, excessive or unreasonable edit requests may incur additional fees.

7. Third-Party Editing: Clients are prohibited from engaging third-party editors to modify or edit images delivered by Marsio Photography without prior consent. Any unauthorized alterations to our work are strictly prohibited.

8. Delivery Timeline: The Photographer strives to deliver edited images within the agreed-upon timeline specified in the service agreement. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we communicate promptly with clients regarding any changes to the delivery schedule.

9. Watermark Removal: Removal of Marsio Photography's watermark or logo from edited images is strictly prohibited. Clients must not alter or manipulate images in any way that compromises the Photographer's branding or copyright.

10. Copyright and Usage: Clients receive a license for personal use of the edited images only. Commercial use, distribution, or reproduction of images without express written consent from Marsio Photography is prohibited.

11. Archiving and Backup: Marsio Photography maintains copies of edited images for a specified period as part of our archival process. Clients are responsible for storing and backing up their copies of the delivered images.

By engaging with Marsio Photography's services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these clauses and boundaries governing our photo editing workflow.
