Payment Terms

By engaging the services of Marsio Photography, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following payment terms:

1. Deposit: A non-refundable half deposit of the agreed upon quote is required to secure the booking of the photography services. The deposit amount and payment deadline will be specified in the invoice provided by Marsio Photography.

2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the total photography package fee is due on the date of the shoot. Failure to make the full payment on time may result in additional charges as outlined in this agreement.

3. Late Payment Fee: If the Client fails to make any payments by the agreed-upon deadlines, a late payment fee of $100 will be applied. This fee is to compensate for the inconvenience caused and to ensure timely completion of the services.

4. Withholding of Deliverables: Marsio Photography reserves the right to withhold the delivery of edited images until all outstanding payments, including late payment fees, have been settled in full.

5. Cancellation Policy: The Client acknowledges that deposits and any payments made towards the booking of photography services are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the Client, any payments made will be forfeited, and Marsio Photography reserves the right to retain the deposit as compensation for loss of business.

6. Rescheduling Policy: Any requests for rescheduling the shoot date must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. A reschedule fee of $75 will be applied for any changes made after the initial booking and deposit payment. This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated for the original booking.

7. Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the shoot, such as overtime fees or travel expenses, will be communicated to the Client and must be paid in full on the day of the shoot or as otherwise agreed upon.

8. Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for ensuring that all payments are made on time and in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement. Ignorance of the payment terms or failure to adhere to them does not exempt the Client from their financial obligations.

By booking and engaging with Marsio Photography's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms and conditions.
