3. Agreement to Service Agreement

3.1: By engaging with the services provided by Marsio Photography and specifying the details of the shoot, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the scope of work and payment are only for the agreed-upon shoot as detailed in Section 1.

• The Photographer is not obligated to accommodate requests for additional photos beyond the initial consultation.

3.2: Marsio Photography ensures to remind the Client before or after booking that the Client reads the service agreement. Therefore, it is the Client's responsibility to understand the service agreement, and any ignorance or other reasons for not understanding the agreement are solely the Client's fault.
