Punctuality and Shoot Time

By engaging the services of Marsio Photography, the Client agrees to the following terms regarding punctuality and shoot time:

1. Agreed Shoot Time: The Client agrees that the shoot time starts as per the time discussed and agreed upon in Section 1 of this agreement. Any delays caused by the Client's late arrival will not extend the shoot time.

2. Client Responsibility: The Client acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for arriving promptly at the agreed shoot location at the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time may result in a shortened shoot duration.

3. No Excuse for Lateness: The Client will not be excused for being late to the scheduled shoot. The Photographer's time is valuable, and any delay caused by the Client's tardiness may impact the quality and duration of the shoot.

4. Shoot Duration: The shoot duration will be as per the agreed-upon time specified in Section 1 of this agreement. The Photographer is not obligated to extend the shoot time due to the Client's late arrival.

5. Consequences of Lateness: If the Client arrives late and the shoot duration is shortened as a result, the Photographer will not be liable for any missed shots or incomplete coverage due to the reduced time.

By booking and engaging with Marsio Photography's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions regarding punctuality and shoot time.
