Respect and Treatment of Photographer

By engaging the services of Marsio Photography, the Client agrees to the following terms regarding respect and treatment of the photographer:

1. Professional Conduct: The Client and any individuals accompanying them during the shoot agree to treat the photographer with respect and professionalism at all times. This includes refraining from using derogatory language, displaying aggressive behavior, or engaging in any form of harassment.

2. Respect for Boundaries: The Client and their accompanying individuals agree to respect the personal boundaries and physical space of the photographer. Any actions or behaviors that make the photographer feel uncomfortable or unsafe will not be tolerated.

3. Healthy Working Environment: The Client and their accompanying individuals agree to maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere during the shoot. Any disputes or disagreements should be addressed in a calm and respectful manner, with the goal of finding amicable solutions.

4. Client Responsibility: The Client acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for the behavior of any individuals accompanying them during the shoot. It is the Client’s responsibility to educate their guests or anyone with them about the terms and conditions of this agreement, including the expectations regarding respect and professionalism towards the photographer.

5. Right to Leave: If the photographer feels that they are not being treated with respect or are experiencing any form of mistreatment or harassment from the Client or their accompanying individuals, they reserve the right to leave the shoot mid-session. In such cases, the Client will be responsible for any applicable fees or expenses incurred up to that point.

6. No Refund: If the photographer chooses to leave the shoot due to disrespectful behavior or mistreatment from the Client or their accompanying individuals, the Client will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid for the photography services.

By booking and engaging with Marsio Photography's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions regarding respect and treatment of the photographer.
